All jewellery products are subject to availability.
We make every effort to ensure:
- Product descriptions are accurate
- Images represent the product as closely as possible
However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
- Natural gemstones may vary in tone, pattern, and inclusions
- Handmade items may have minor variations
Weights, dimensions, and specifications are approximate.
4. Pricing
- All prices are shown in either your local currency or GBP (£)
- Prices include VAT (where applicable)
- Delivery charges are included in the price or are displayed at checkout
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time
If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you before dispatch.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
- This does not mean your order has been accepted.
- A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where:
- Payment is not authorised
- There is suspected fraud
- The product is unavailable
- There is a pricing error
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
6. Payment
We accept payment via:
- Debit and credit cards
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Incorrect address details provided by you
Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.
8. International Orders
If you order from outside the UK:
- You may be responsible for import duties and taxes
- Customs delays are outside our control

9. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel:

- Return the item within 14 days of notifying us
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
10. Exceptions to Cancellation
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Personalised jewellery
- Custom-made pieces
- Earrings (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Items returned damaged or worn
11. Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Returned in original packaging
- In resalable condition
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
12. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:
- A repair or replacement
- A refund if the item is faulty or not as described

13. Jewellery Care & Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Improper storage
- Exposure to chemicals or water (unless specified waterproof)
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
Care instructions should be followed to maintain product condition.

All content on this website, including:
- Images
- Logos
- Product descriptions
- Designs
- Branding
is the property of Luna Charma and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot legally be excluded
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
